Montgomery County Democrats Express Regrets at Neal Potter's Passing

The Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee expresses its regrets at the passing of former County Executive and Councilmember Neal Potter.

Potter was the leader of the Montgomery County Democratic Party from 2000-2003. He supported the Party by the use of his and wife Marion's Chevy Chase residence for Democratic political events and financially as a member of the Plowman and Fisherman Club. Potter received the Party's Lucille Maurer award for continuing service by a former elected official in 2005. 

A memorial service for Neal Potter is scheduled for 1 p.m. June 10 at Chevy Chase United Methodist Church, 7001 Connecticut Ave., Chevy Chase, MD 20815.
